Two story penthouse w/ private rooftop. 2,500 sq foot of living space! Ll. Tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom fully air conditioned vacation home. Beautiful pool in complex. Located in Palmas Del mar, restaurants, shops, and beach access within the community. Palmas is a 2,700 acre golf cart community with two 18 hole golf courses, tennis courts. An hour 15 min from SJU airport makes an ideal location to explore our El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo, Fajardo, Culebra & Vieques!

The amenities speak for themselves in a peaceful and well-maintained location at Palmas Del Mar. Perfect location to enjoy Tennis, beautiful beaches, local restaurants. Crescent Cove is a controlled access property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort. The Villa is on a second level and is steps away from the beach and pool. Sleeps 10 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms. It is served by central air conditioning, internet and Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views.
