La casa è un trullo primi '900, completamente ristrutturato,dotato di riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, Smart TV e WI-FI. La camera da letto è dotata di un letto matrimoniale con comodini, lampade da lettura e armadio. Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

Si tratta di una torretta del 1500 composta da un grande vano pluriuso con volta a botte lunettata, una stanza da letto con le tipiche volte a stella, un grande e accessoriato bagno ed un piccolo vano cottura. L'intera torretta, tutta fruibile dagli ospiti, si sviluppa dal piano terra fino al meraviglioso solarium e giardino pensile di esclusiva pertinenza dove sarà possibile trascorrere in tranquillità le serate estive o prendere il sole. Questo spazio unico, ricavato nei trulli, ha uno stile tutto suo in grado di far vivere le autentiche emozioni della valle d'Itria. Si entra attraverso una antica pergola di uva fragola, la cucina ed il bagno sono stati ricavati nelle "alcove", mentre la zona pranzo e la zona notte sono ubicate in un trullo saraceno e in uno a cono molto alto. Il patio esterno e la vicina piscina con due bordi a sfioro consentono di ammirare il panorama della valle e lo skyline di Ceglie Messapica.
