THE RIVERSIDE SUITE with POOL easy to reach Venice

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Ottimo collegamento con autobus lungo la strada principale. Comodo supermercato a 100 metri e servizi primari (alimentari, bar, pizzeria, edicola, farmacia, parco giochi).

Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

The apartment is located on the Giudecca island and belongs to the historical center of Venice . The most exciting thing when you arrive by boat is the wonderful view of the Giudecca Canal . A view that opens the heart and has captivated many artists who frequented the city .This part of Venice, perhaps one of the few that remained authentic, has been preserved from the arrival chaotic of the tourism with its own cultural and residential rooted tradition.

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di un condominio composto da 7 unità abitative, ristrutturato completamente 4 anni fa, sito in centro paese, comodo a tutti i servizi, a 100 mt. dalla fermata bus. Appartamento luminoso, 2 ampie camere matrimoniali, cucina abitabile, bagno dotato di lavatrice e ampio ripostiglio. L'alloggio è comodo alle uscite autostradali e a 15 minuti di auto o mezzi pubblici dal centro di Padova.

Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
