Cosy Cabin with Private Hot tub | Isle of Wight

Modern purpose built self contained chalet, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. It is an ideal location.

Entire Historic Cottage in Beaulieu/Parking/ Wi-Fi

Located near the Beaulieu river, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and enjoy life in the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in beautiful Beaulieu, you can walk to Monty's Inn nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may see donkeys walking along the High Street! Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Stunning completely remodelled, spacious 4 bedroom bungalow, a 250m stroll away from the beach in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. With one en-suite shower room and 2 further bath/shower rooms – each with their own WC – this is an ideal destination for a family break. We have a spacious L shaped living area - 33ft (10m) x 19ft (6m) - with wood burner and enclosed garden. We're confident you will have a stay to remember. Includes good, fast WiFi. Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.

River Hamble Boutique Barn

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield.
