La casa si trova nel villaggio di Cala Pira, all’interno del comune di Castiadas, e dista solo 50 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia, una delle destinazioni più affascinanti della costa sud-est della Sardegna. La proprietá di 120 mq2 tra interni e terrazze è circondata da 500 mq2 di giardino di macchia mediterranea.
