El apartamento se encuentra en el Edificio Presidente. Es un apartamento con vistas al mar y playa, muy iluminado, moderno y completamente equipado con muebles y camas a estrenar. El apartamento tiene un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y en el salon un sofacama. La cocina equipada, dispone de aireacondicionado, tiene piscina. En los bajos tiene un supermercado y esta rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. Cala Millor es una zona familiar y tranquila. Tiene una de las mejores playas de la Isla.

Apartamento frente al mar y muy cerca de la playa, dispone de una piscina y otra para niños con un amplio jardín, con salida directa al mar. Situado en una preciosa villa costera, que todavía conserva el encanto tradicional marinero. Todos los servicios están muy cercanos (bares, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.).
