This villa is composed of 2 floors decorated in a modern style. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (the toilets are outside the room), the kitchen with breakfast bar, a living room and the terrace with swimming pool, garden and access to the sea. On the first floor are the remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower room (the washbasins are outside the bedroom), the other living room with TV and a huge terrace with views to the pool, garden and the sea.

We are a French family in love with Mallorca and we renovated the house keeping the Ibiza style of Cala D'Or, with all the modern comfort. The closest beach of Cala Egos is 5 minutes walk. The marina and its restaurants and bar 5 mn by car. For 7 persons.
