Ich durfte 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Was soll ich sagen?! Ich würde wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde absolut empfehlen. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist für mich und meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Ort ist soooo wunderschön, ruhig, irgendwie gediegen und besonders. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum und mit dem Auto kommt man überall gut hin. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl an Restaurants laufen. Es gibt 3 kleine Supermärkte im Ort. Ebenfalls fußläufig. Und eine Apotheke. Ich habe von hier gearbeitet und das Internet lässt jegliche Remote-Tätigkeit mit stundenlangen Meetings problemlos zu. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und die Herzlichkeit von Maria und Jaime, die dieses Haus verwalten, ist der Wahnsinn. Es war alles absolut unkompliziert und richtig toll. Ich bin wahnsinnig dankbar für diese 4 wunderbaren Wochen.

Stayed for 5 days as a family of 3 with our 3 year old son. The house was perfectly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Host went above and beyond to kindly help when we had difficulty locating the apartment (note this was probably our fault or result of technical error, but when I copied and pasted the address from the listing it navigated to a different address compared to when I clicked the navigation link directly!). The terrace is really lovely and the Mountain View is beautiful. We had no issues with the walk to town centre (although an extra workout pushing a stroller!). The only unfortunate part of the stay was that a dog living across the street was outside and barking (likely in response to our presence) at every moment that we spent time outside as well as during early mornings. We are ‘dog people’ but nonetheless the noise was disruptive to the degree that it’s something to be aware of. All in all, can easily recommend. Thank you!

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. Geweldige tijd gehad op Mallorca. Genoten van een vakantie en ook goed remote kunnen werken in een heel leuk huis met heerlijke tuin en dakterras. Tòfol is erg vriendelijk en proactief. Zouden zeker terugkomen.

La casa di Maria Teresa è davvero accogliente e molto pulita, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Lei è stata un’host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a dare una mano se serviva qualcosa. L’unico aspetto meno comodo è la posizione, un po’ fuori mano, ma con un’auto a noleggio si risolve senza problemi. La tranquillità del posto ripaga comunque la distanza. Segnaliamo solo un piccolo problema: c’è un buco nel bagno al piano terra da cui salgono alcuni insetti. Nulla di drammatico, ma sarebbe utile sistemarlo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che ci sentiamo di consigliare!

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Wohnung und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer, Bäder und die Küche waren sehr sauber. Super war, dass es Wasch- & Spülmaschine gab. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir täglich Yoga auf der Terasse machen und danach dank Supermarkt und Bäcker ums Eck ausgiebig frühstücken. Auch der Raum für Räder und der große Wohn- & Essbereich waren klasse! Wir kommen wieder, hasta la proxima!

We felt right at home in Bernart's place. Bernhart and his family placed a lot of work and love in designing the place so we felt immediately at home. Our contact was Apolonia and she is a perfect host! Beside this Airbnb the family runs a delicious restaurant with a lot of tradition. There are as well other restaurants worth visiting Ses Salinas. A supermarket is in walking distance, a highlight is a famous shop of flor de Sal d'es Trenc. We spent a lot of time at the different beaches at Es Trenc and Colonia Saint Jordi. But as well to all the close beaches (Calas) in 30 min drive distance, some just the beach and other small villages like Cala d'Or or Portocolom.We also played some golf in the area. Therefore a car is highly recommended. We stayed there to extend our summer and we love to be back another time! Highly recommendable!

Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

Great place, very private at the end of a dirt road (need a car), lost in nature. Very few neighbors but far away and you cannot see other houses from Maria’s place. If you want a tranquil and serene place, this is it! The lap pool is very nice and the house is quaint and small but had all we needed. As mentioned by other reviews, the beds are not very comfortable and the phone/wifi extremely spotty.

We loved our stay here! The house was spacious and perfect for a family (6-8 persons) holiday. The house is located in a very peaceful & quiet area. The garden with private pool was beautiful. So nice to wake up to the sound of birds and very green garden. We also had access to an outside gym and ping pong table, which was fun. All the rooms had airconditioning, which we did not need in April/May, but real nice to have in the summer season. There is a Lidl in walking distance which was very convenient. And it was a 2 minute drive to an Aldi & Mercadona. Lots of restaurants at the beach of Can Picafort (5 min drive) or in the neighboring towns like Muro. The communication with Fabio beforehand and during our stay was very friendly & warm. He was very helpful, made us feel right at home and a great host. We also loved his cat and dog Nico that came and visit us now and again ;) We would love to come back again! Especially during summertime so we can make use of the pool :)

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

My family and I went here for a short break in April. We wished we could have stayed longer. It is very conveniently located for going into either Puerto da Pollensa or Alcudia, but far enough outside Puerto da Pollensa to make it feel rural. The views from the front of the property are amazing and the pool just the right size for relaxing at. Our host was kind enough to provide some groceries for our first morning as we arrived late on the Sunday night. I would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

Das Haus war sehr schön, groß und entsprach den Bildern. Die Einrichtung war modern und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Am besten war der riesige Pool und der schöne Garten. Es gab 2 Esstische draußen, Liegen zum Sonnen und eine kleinen Garten mit Palmen. Die 2 Bäder + Toilette waren perfekt für 6 Leute. Die Schlafzimmer waren auch sehr schön und mit Schränken, Kommoden und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Im Ort selber gibt es nur eine Apotheke, aber es gibt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß eine Bushaltestelle. Man kann mehrmals die Stunde mit dem Bus zum Beispiel nach Palma fahren oder benötigt ein Mietauto. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Absprache mit Petra hat gut funktioniert! Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!

Wie hatten ein paar ruhige und erholsame Tage in dem Haus von Jörg. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist auch super und man fühlt sich schnell wohl! Man sollte allerdings mobil sein :) aber mit einem Auto / Motorrad eine super Wahl! Wir würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen 🤭

Tuvimos que quedarnos en casa de Rafael por una emergencia personal con nuestras mascotas. Rafael hizo todo lo posible por nosotros. Prepararon y limpiaron la casa en el último momento. Siempre amables y atentos. No podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor para nuestra estancia. La casa es muy espaciosa y está bien organizada. Está a solo 20 minutos como máximo de Palma en una ubicación tranquila y de fácil acceso en el campo.

Ein kleines Paradies! Perfekt, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Petra und Santi haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheissen und uns sogar ihren wunderbaren Gemüsegarten und die Tiere gezeigt. Sie liessen uns aber gleichzeitig auch genügend Privatsphäre. Grosse Empfehlung!

Bereits das zweite Mal bei ihm gewesen und erneut sehr zufrieden. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr.

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Buchung ging sehr einfach und schnell. Es wurde immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und in echt noch viel schöner. Eine tolle, ruhige Lage auch wenn die Nähe zur Straße sehr gering war, war kaum Verkehr. Das Haus war super sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Da wir sehr spät auf einem Sonntag erst ankamen und keine Möglichkeit hatten einzukaufen, war die Überraschung der kleinen Kuchen und des Wassers enorm groß. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, mit einer tollen Gastgeberin und würden jederzeit wieder bei Bel buchen, was wir sicherlich bald wieder tun werden. Meine erste Airbnb Erfahrung war somit großartig.

We hadden een geweldige vakantie in april met onze kindjes van 3 en 6 jaar. Het strand is op 5 minuten met de auto, parkeren kan dicht bij het strand. Winkels zijn ook dichtbij te vinden. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, heel goed uitgerust. Martine was attent, duidelijk en antwoordde zeer snel op onze vragen. Ze zette een kinderstoel en kinderbedje voor ons klaar. Er was een probleem met de elektriciteit maar er werd ogenblikkelijk een elektricien ingeschakeld, zelfs op een zondag. Kortom, zeker een aanrader!

Such a beautiful villa which was in immaculate condition. They left us with loads of lovely treats and amenities to use during our stay. Both Teresa and Miguel were very helpful and easy to contact for all questions we had, they also gave us incredible recommendations for places to go. We would definitely stay here again, the villa was everything we could have wanted and more.

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern. Toll eingerichtete Küche mit allen Dingen, die man im Urlaub braucht. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Finca und der Außenanlage.

Pacos Finca ist eine Perle. Hier geht es nicht um die perfekte Deko, hier geht es um Authentizität. Die Passion, mit der der Gastgeber sein Wissen, seine Liebe zur Insel und eben sein Haus teilt, ist unvergleichbar. Wer Mallorca abseits der touristischen Pfade kennenlernen möchte und sich für die lokale Geschichte und Kultur interessiert, wird hier sehr glücklich sein. Auch wer die Insel bereits gut kennt, wird vieles dazulernen. Und einen wunderbaren Menschen kennenlernen.
