Located in Tongwynlais, it has excellent transport links to Cardiff city centre in under 20 minutes, and easy access to all of South East Wales. The magical Castell Coch is just up the road, and the Coach House is a 1-minute walk from the local pub. Enjoy fantastic mountain and woodland walks, all nearby for a perfect escape.

Surrounded by woodland with hilltop views across the Wye Valley to Offa’s dyke, this eco friendly traditional Monmouthshire cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its very best. Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

It is located on Offas Dyke footpath on a very quiet road, so is great for anyone looking to explore the network of Wye Valley footpaths. Monmouth, Forest of Dean, Bristol, Bath and Cardiff are close enough for day visits. Whatever season you prefer, it's a wonderful place to recharge your batteries and connect with nature.

This 200 year old stone cottage tucked into the hillside yet set perfectly overlooking the beautiful Wye,has a wealth of period features,original stone fireplace and beamed ceiling and has been lovingly updated and furnished with mainly vintage finds. The cottage is ideally situated for walking and exploring Tintern the Wye Valley and Offas Dyke paths. the views and the balcony to enjoy them makes this cottage very special.
