An experience like no other. Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Mustangs and Indycars are using the track throughout the year and there are activities going on 300 days out of the year. This is a once in a lifetime experience. Fully furnished 2 bdrms, 2 bath condo with Full Kitchen and Wet bar, Washer/Dryer, 5 TVs, Cedar ceilings, exposed Steel beams, Brick walls and pine floors. Guests ages 30 and above are only allowed to book this listing. Children are OK as long as accompanied by an adult 30 or over.

This town home is centrally located, and situated in a nice community. There is a filtered water cooler dispenser in the kitchen and bidets in the bathrooms. Of course wifi, and smart tv's are included. Washer and Dryer on site. The front door and bedroom is accessed via a coded smart lock for your complete safety and privacy. This is a shared space and the listing is for a private bedroom with a queen size bed and use of common areas only. No sleeping outside of the bedroom is allowed.

This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.
