Top floor deep water view villa with living, bedroom and patio waterfront views of sunsets and Pace Bend. Our 2 bedroom is on the top floor (elevator access) with high ceilings and it’s gorgeous! Yes! We have wifi, in villa washer and dryer, salon spa and 3 year round pools (indoor closed, south pool to open May 22) Pool 3 and hot tub are open! hot tubs, saunas, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis and pickleball! Only 6 guests max including infants and children. Boat slip available for rent.

Relax in the spacious layout, enjoy the modern upgrades, and make sure you take advantage of the amenities such as the gated pool, grilling and social area! This penthouse is located right across from the Yacht club with the Marina down the street. This is a one bedroom condo with an air mattress available to sleep 2 additional guests. Up to 4 total.
