The surrounding area is considered the waterfall mecca of Tennessee with more caves, waterfalls and scenic overlooks per square mile than anywhere else in the United States. This cabin features a nature theme and provides a perfect perch for nature lovers to view birds and beautiful sunsets over the water.

Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
