Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Stay in one of our 3 cabins, each equipped with its own 2-person hot tub on the back deck for you to enjoy under the stars. Breakfast is included with your stay. Each cabin offers a queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, a/c unit, shower, cable tv, and a dvd player. All of that situated on 13+ beautiful acres complete with a pond and walking paths through the woods! 15 minutes from Kansas Star Casino and 10 minute drive to Derby with city amenities.

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Welcome to the garden home! The property includes a Japanese-style garden with a waterfall and pond. There is plenty of room for up to eight guests with a king and queen bedroom downstairs and 2 queen rooms upstairs. Both levels have a bathroom. We are conveniently located just blocks away from College Hill Coffee, Southwestern College, William Newton Hospital, and the public library.
