After a day of hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway or visiting downtown Asheville, enjoy the hot tub while listening to the creek or get cozy inside with the fireplace "flames" on. Drive 8 miles up the mountain to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Hike Mt. Pisgah for a 360 view, go to Graveyard Fields+Waterfalls for a hike and dip in the water or visit Looking Glass Falls. Drive 20 minutes to Haywood Rd in West Asheville, downtown Asheville, the Grove Park Inn, breweries or the Biltmore Estate.

Idle Speed- The Ultimate Lake Lure Escape!

As of now, Lake Lure is not expected to be open for boating and/or swimming by summer 2025 as lake recovery and cleanup efforts are still ongoing. However, our home is good to go and ready to host. We have just reduced our rates and minimum booking nights to reflect the expected conditions. The house remains a wonderful place for gathering and creating memories. The lake and mountains are still as beautiful as ever. Thank you for your continued support of such a special small town.

Magical Mountain Retreat on Blackberry Falls!

Enjoy a scenic drive in the mountains where this completely renovated home awaits. The first thing you notice when you arrive is the tranquil sound of Reems Creek and the waterfall. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, grill and firepit. The rear porch is a great place to enjoy breakfast, play a board game or just relax with a private soaking tub. Wifi can be a bit spotty in the mountains, but fortunately we upgraded to Starlink Satellite to give you a better streaming experience.

RiverRocks Cabin Among the Trees. Hot tub&Tubes

Amazing riverfront cozy cabin on private acreage, comfortable and rustic with modern amenities. Great for making memories with small groups with plenty of places to enjoy the natural setting. Coffee by the river, float around on a tube, soak in the hot tub, grill out, have a fire, read a book. Sleep to the sounds of the river. A wonderful spot for any occasion. Make sure to check the other notes for sleeping arrangements. 15 min to Waynesville and 30 min to Asheville.

Serene Mountain Cabin with Hot Tub near Asheville

We are so glad to share our home located on serene pond tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains! The cottage is located just 25 minutes from Asheville, 15 minutes to Lake Lure & Chimney Rock and just minutes away from some of the best hiking in the area. The home is located on a peaceful pond in a quiet community. It's a place to gather by the fire, enjoy a meal, and each others company. There are plenty of places to relax and enjoy the view of the pond and nature.

Lodge on Grey Log Cove

This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
