Our Mountain Gem is nestled in walking distance to Lake Lure Marina, Morse Park, Lake Lure Beach front, restaurants and many activities. Beautiful Home overlooking Bearwallow Mountain

** Post Hurricane Update/Road conditions We are up and running and thankful to be able to provide a safe haven. The surrounding communities have been working diligently on clean up. There are still road closures, but most GPS systems are updated with current info and access to the home itself is clear. If you have a specific need as far as extended stay, please reach out and see if we can help. Some businesses in Lake Lure and Asheville are open for business and look forward to your support!

Alpine Haven is a luxurious 3,000+ sq ft chalet perched atop a mountain just minutes from Downtown Black Mountain (<20min from AVL). Soak in breathtaking views from expansive decks, unwind in the sauna, or gather around the fire pit. A game room, cozy gas fireplace inside and gas firepit on the deck, and elegant mountain décor create the perfect retreat for families and groups. *Please Note*: A separate guest house is next door, but privacy has been carefully ensured for a peaceful stay.

The Snookery ~ Refuge a Mountain w/ Hot Tub

The Snookery is a true refuge. Perched on the mountainside, its back deck has views from the hot tub, making it the perfect place for a safe, memorable gathering. Its only neighbors are us and another rental (The Snookmore), and we all have plenty of space to call our own. Do not hesitate to reach out with further questions! Note on Helene: we were very luck in Snookville with a lot of downed trees, but nothing structural. There are still outages, but the generators keep the power on.

Magic mountain new west Asheville chalet

Magical mountain home! This new 4 bedroom home, completed in July 2018, sits nestled above Carrier Park with sweeping, panoramic views of the mountains and the French Broad River. Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only a short drive or Uber ride to downtown, the house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. It was unscathed by the storm.

5-star 1960s unique mountain cottage that is just 1.2 miles from downtown Asheville. Located on Beaucatcher Mountain, this charming home sits on a narrow switchback road above the famous mountain tunnel heading into downtown Asheville. The home is secluded on a mountain top with beautiful views, offers hiking opportunities and occasional bear sightings, yet it is still only a 5-minute drive to downtown. It really is in one of the best locations in the entire city of Asheville!

Mountain Chalet close to Biltmore

This home is so convenient to the Biltmore House you can walk about 100 feet and actually see it. The Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 3 miles away, Outlets for the shoppers, hiking & biking for adventurers, Breweries for the beer lovers, Downtown Asheville is just 7 minutes, a shared pool is located on/near the grounds. So many options. Great for families and friends! We are so excited to share with our tenants this home! We also offer a whole house standby generator!

The property backs up to the gorgeous & pristine Florence Nature Preserve with hiking trails within walking distance!
