The Good Life Lakehouse Lake Access & White River

The Good Life is a family friendly lakehouse that we want to share with you! With Bull Shoals lake right outside your back deck it is accessible for fishing, swimming, relaxing, boating, and/or exploring. Our lakehouse has 3 BR, 2 BA, sun-room, and wrap around deck that gives ample space for that relaxation you crave. Or if it is excitement you want, head to the Marina which is a 5 min. drive to rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, or canoes! There is also a cave nearby to venture through! Come enjoy!

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Relax back on the leather couch or take on a game of darts. There are extra DVD's in the TV stand along with boards games, cards & dominos as well. The back yard is fully fenced in.

This 3 story Newlands Lodge sits on the White River in Lakeview, AR less than 1 mile from the State Park and within walking distance of Copper Johns Resort. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit #3 sleeps 8 and is 1250sq ft. Units 2 and 1 are available as well. All are close enough to the River to cast a line off the porch when the water is up. There is a private boat dock and a boat ramp. There is also a tennis court. Less than 1 mile from the White River State Park.
