This place is lovely and fairly modern. The little soaking tub on the patio was super nice to have and the pool on the roof was nothing short of amazing. It was heated and the view of the sunsets and city was fantastic. Several nights we sat and listened to live music from the roof or patio. We appreciated the place has a good washer and dryer. The beds are firm and each had air unit which was nice. We used the kitchen to heat snacks and make coffee in the morning. It seemed decently equipment. The location was great. Menos on the corner is wonderful and you are just about a block away from Pepes tacos. There are several other shops around and not far from a bank. All within a short under 5 min walk. The ubers to the romantic zone and the malacon were pretty cheap and quick. Serval nights we took and uber to the far side of the malacon and walked back to the room. Highly recommend this place.

El hospedaje de Marcos fue increíble, tiene una vista hermosa que te permite ver el mar y el departamento es bastante amplio. Además la atención que nos brindó fue excelente, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y disponible para brindarnos ayuda.

This location has everything you need, from walkable distances to the beach and the to convenience store, 24/7 security and a fully furnished kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Lucy was very responsive and friendly left clear instructions and made the whole process simple by staying in constant communication when needed. My family and I are extremely satisfied we will be definitely coming back to stay at this beautiful condo.

Península tiene puestas de sol increíbles y extensas albercas. Una ubicación excelente. Los anfitriones te reciben con instrucciones muy apropiadas. El departamento amplio, ordenado, limpio, completo que te permite relajarte y descansar. Excedió mis expectativas.

Hosts were great to work with and extremely helpful in providing information on services, restaurants and things to do in the area! Place has all the items you would need during your stay (dishes, cookware, etc.).

El departamento me gustó mucho, está muy bonito y moderno, y tenía todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. La vista a la marina está preciosa, y me encanta que tenga balcón alrededor del departamento, además es dog friendly. También me gustó mucho que tenia un gym bien equipado, alberca en el roof, y muchos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia, sin duda regresaría de nuevo!

Great spot especially if you have family or want a relaxing and chill vacation. The views were stunning and place was nice. A few things to know that weren't clear: They are pretty strict with drinks. Only serve alcohol from noon to 7 and will even take your drinks away at the pool at 7 which is pretty lame. No kids in the hot tubs and you have to reserve them ahead of time. No food on site except for before noon. Not a lot around but a few good walkable spots. Not great ocean swimming in May due to abundance of jellyfish. Very much not a touristy place, which we liked. Overall great experience and wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect and so close to everything. Never felt unsafe. Rooftop pool area was great! Pool towels were in condo so no need to bring. Taco stand across the street was delicious and the giant margaritas at Margarita PV kiddie corner from condo were yummy too. Highly recommend renting!

Absolutely gorgeous condo on the top floor of units, with the most amazing view one could ask for. The furnishings were top notch and the unit was very clean (including a mid-stay clean). The restaurant on the roof was outstanding along with fantastic friendly service. The only disappointment was the fact that the listing states the condo is 2000 sq ft, when it is much smaller. Upon arrival, I actually looked for another room or floor as it was obvious, and a quick google search brought up a floorplan and the condo is only 1500 sq ft. We paid quite a bit more than our counterparts staying in the building, which we were fine with as we anticipated a much larger condo, only to find out they were identical. However, I will reiterate the condo is beautiful, clean, the host and her assistant are fantastic, and I'd certainly recommend staying with Elva!

Amazing property and Dennis was a great host. Very communicative and the property was at a really good location. It was clean, the beach was never too crowded and you’re not far from town. Definitely check out this property if you’re in Vallarta.

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

First time staying at Grand Venetian and we had a lovely vacation. The views from the balcony were beautiful as were the sunsets every night. The area was very convenient with grocery stores nearby. Security allowed us to feel extremely safe. Restaurant on site made delicious drinks and there were many waiters so you didn’t have to wait long. Leon was helpful and accommodating even allowing us a later check out. I did feel that the condo needed a deeper clean however. Half way through the vacation, I took the vacuum out to clean the floors but it didn’t work. Also we were only given one bath towel each, which I felt was not adequate for a weeks stay. I would definitely return to the Grand Venetian.

Disfrutamos mucho el lugar! El departamento está precioso y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Paulina tuvo comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y fue muy atenta. Me puso cunas para mis bebés y fue muy linda. Mi familia lo disfruto mucho.

Wow!!! We just spent a week at the Orchid and it was amazing! Cinda's condo is beautiful - spotless, modern, and incredible views. The living room continues seamlessly into the outdoor patio, and we left the glass doors open almost continuously. The building is fabulous - everything you could need is right there. Rooftop patio and infinity pool is a great place to spend the day. The rooftop restaurant surprised me - the food was good, fresh and healthy, and reasonably priced. The staff is incredible - Hanz the concierge was available to help with anything we needed. And - the location could not be beat. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and I can't stress how lovely this location was - on the beach, quiet and away from it all, yet only a 15-20 minute stroll to the Romantic Zone and more. We walked along the beach to dinner every night. No doubt we will be back - this is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! Thank you to Cinda and Hanz!

We had a lovely stay at Patricia’s beautiful home. The place is exactly as described-with PLENTY of room for our family of 7. Patricia could not have been a more gracious host-very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. We loved the privacy of this place and felt very safe and secure with our surroundings. This golf course area is good to play, take a walk or run near and the fitness center is top notch! The beach is a bit of a walk to reach, but once there you have a pool and ocean at your disposal. We had a bit of a hiccup with the water heater, but Patricia was dealing with that and I am sure will be fixed in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation stay so enjoyable!!

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

Es una zona muy segura, ideal para la protección de la familia. Cuenta con dos filtros de acceso: uno en la entrada de la zona residencial y otro al llegar a la privada donde se encuentra la casa. Es importante contar con un auto, ya que la propiedad está algo alejada de los centros comerciales y las playas. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Además, la anfitriona fue muy amable y atenta, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor.

We had an incredible stay. The unit matched the photos and we loved having the daily ocean view. Beach and pool access were just right downstairs so super convenient. Loved being able to hear the ocean waves at all times of the day. No complaints. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
