This tastefully updated home exudes "peaceful and cozy" w/ 2 bedrooms w/ brand new luxury king sized mattresses, 1.5 baths w/ walk-in tile shower, charming living room w/55" TV, Fiber internet, front load washer and dryer, dining table for 4+ bar seating, and a tranquil backyard space that is fully fenced, (dog friendly for an extra $75 cleaning fee, NO CATS).

This home sleeps a group of 8. The master suite has a king bed, a twin size trundle (2 beds), an air mattress, 52” TV w/sound bar, updated shower, soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms: queens Safety and comfort are important. Central air and heating are throughout this home. There is a washer and dryer and for guests’ safety, this home is equipped with a Smart Lock system, smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. In the kitchen, we have a Keurig coffee maker for guests

We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70.
