The Hidden Gem

Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Lovely Custom Home

This is a great location to get to know the Greater Binghamton area - minutes from Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, downtown, Chenango Valley State Park. Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, beautiful two person jacuzzi tub, newly renovated kitchen. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

This recently improved riverfront cabin, has a style all its own. Open entertainment space extends on to the 40 ft long deck. Beautiful views are seen of the lush landscaping, river and distant mountain, from every room. The River House on the upper West Branch

Located right on the upper West branch of the Delaware River and just 1 mile from route 17 the "River house" is a fully restored and renovated 90 year old bright and open home. Great trout fishing or just relax and watch the water roll by from almost every window. The property includes 3 decks, one right at the rivers edge. The house is fully equipped to cook with spices and utensils. Keurig combo coffee pot and coffee. Bedrooms/ living room are all brand new furniture.

Outdoor space with hot tub and un heated pool. All of all 3 upstairs bedrooms ( 1 queen bed, 1 with a bunk + 1 double bed, and 1 loft room with queen ), 2 full baths one with washer and dryer, kitchen & living room spaces. You are the only reservation in the home. Lots of hiking and quiet space, yet close to the village (10 min.) and the city of Oneonta (30 min.) or Cooperstown (45-60min). Play or rest.
