The famous Jurassic Coast is a 20 minute drive and the closest pub a mere 2 minute drive away.(20 min walk) There is an open plan living room with double doors that open onto a deck over looking a private garden below. There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Gardener’s Cottage is a renovated period cottage and has been fitted to a high standard. It has 1 bedroom with a king-size double bed and en-suite shower room. The open plan living area has a modern integrated kitchen, armchair, sofa and dining table. It’s perfect as a quiet bolthole or a romantic retreat for two. You’ll love my place because of the views, the comfy bed, and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Check out is at 10.00 am.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

There are stunning views, places to visit and plenty of walking opportunities. The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.
