Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Large shower and closet in master bath. Bathtub in second bath. Hot Tub and fire pit. High speed/wireless internet , DVD player. 3 TV's.

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Cozy cottage just a short walk from private Lake access for swimming & sunsets, private boat launch, general store w/ice cream, playgrounds & basketball courts. 5 min drive to CMAC, 10 min to downtown Canandaigua & Wegmans & a short drive to Naples for hiking & grape pies or Bristol Mountain for skiing & fall foliage.
