Our ground floor 2 bedroom unit is cosy and comfortable which was built in 1970s. It is surrounded by trees and greenery. It has all the facilities required to make the stay comfortable. It is close to public transport, Footscray Park, Victoria University, Western Private Hospital, McDonald's. There are plenty of food places within 15 minutes walk either for dining or for other amenities. CBD is only 15 minutes drive.

Its Secure, it is entertaining, Huge 140 inch projector screen, pool table, dart board, xbox, stereo sound system, Front and rear balcony. Spa is not available any longer, it is a welcoming place. This is a smart house, all lights and devices are control with voice command or ipad. There will no longer be self check in, Keys will be provided to you when you arrive.
