The Old Pumping Station Broseley, Ironbridge Gorge

The property originally housed the pumps that supplied the water uphill to the town of Broseley and some of the original pipework and valves have become a focal point in the conversion. Festivals nearby are Ledbury Poetry, Hay, Longborough Opera, Cheltenham, Three Counties/Choirs. Piano & dedicated work station for those wanting to WFH here!

Unique detached stone and brick cottage converted into two separate flats. This spacious ground floor flat is approximately 688 sq ft, and has two doors which open directly into the garden. The flat has a surprisingly large double bedroom, fitted kitchen diner with full sized cooker, airy lounge, shower room and separate toilet. Fully furnished, centrally heated, free wifi, electricity & parking. Bedlinen and towels supplied. Owners live in the nearby farmhouse, and are available to help.

Close to the market square, Ludlow Castle, the river teme with excellent free trout, grayling fishing and excellent eateries. Fantastic walking around ludlow and a short drive away from the spectacular long mynd. Ludlow hosts many festivals throughout the year including the food, beer and fringe.
