Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shircombe Lodge is a spacious and luxurious three bedroom property located on a 220 acre estate. The Lodge is located on the edge of a wooded valley with sweeping views across Exmoor National Park. The Lodge is perfectly set up for entertaining and relaxing with family or friends with a modern kitchen and a 30ft by 17ft lounge/diner with a vaulted oak-beamed ceiling and cosy wood burning stove. Dogs are welcome and there are many places where they can safely run and explore.

Swallow Barn is within walking distance of Haddon Hill and is conveniently located for the pretty towns of Dulverton, Bampton and Wivliescombe with Exeter and Taunton a little further afield. Endless walking on exmoor and both the north and south coast beaches to visit.

Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
