Coast & Countryside Farm Stay - livery available

In the country but near to all facilities including beaches, golf courses, pony trekking and the thatched village of Merthyr Mawr with its stepping stones to The Pelican. This comfortable home is child and dog friendly and horse/pony livery is available. Walk the coastal path or ride over dunes to the sea! Locally, Ewenny has a village shop, garden centre and very good pub and in only a short drive find plenty more cosy pubs, cafes and restaurants. With separate, secure gardens and parking.

Hannah's Cottage, Great walks, Log Fire, Book It!

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Cosy annex, Porthcawl, close to town and beaches!

The Rockpool A small, bright, comfortable single storey annex attached to our family home in popular seaside Porthcawl. We are just 5 minutes walk from the seafront and the town. The bedroom has a double bed in corner of room (not suitable >2 people), bureau and sofa, wet room with new shower, cloakroom & kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster & folding dining table - no cooker. Accommodation is on one level. Sole use of enclosed front garden. Driveway. Dog friendly.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Masons Hideaway is newly built in a little village called cefn cribwr cf33 south wales. This studio is perfect for couples, small families and is also dog friendly. Perfect for any type of stay, beaches are local just a 10 minute drive to porthcawl and aberavon. Recently renovated 3 story house. Which has views of the mountain and the old railway bridge. Ideal for all leisure based activities. Providing easy access to the network of mountain bike trails, and a short ride to Afan Park visitors centre. The beach is a 45-minute cycle ride, which can be accessed using the cycle path network. Other local leisure opportunities include walking, running, horse riding and fishing. Located 20 minutes from junction 41 of the M4.

Cartref, 1860s family home.

Cartref is located in a conservation area of historical importance. We are 200m from Newcastle Castle which is at the top of the oldest road in the area - Newcastle Hill. The property benefits from first-floor views looking out over Bridgend and the hills of the South Wales valleys beyond. Bridgend Town with many bars and restaurants is a 5-minute walk. Sand dunes, beaches, mountain walks, and both Cardiff and Swansea are easily accessible, by car, train, or bus.

Located within the grounds of Pandy Farm, the Shepherds Hut is an ideal place to relax. It comes with all the modern comforts and a Hot Tub, BBQ and Garden furniture. Ideal place to unwind. There is also an option if you are an Avid Rider to bring along your horses*Subject to Charge and Availability of Stables. Plenty of areas to walk and take in the local area, Merthyr Mawr is a place to visit. Local pubs, shops and restaurants a short walk or drive.

Selah Cottage, Afan Forest Park

This renovated cottage is perfect for outdoor getaways. Within Afan Forest Park it has easy access to mountain bike trails (the 'Wall' runs to the rear of the house and Rhyslyn is just a short walk down the road), walks and fishing. The cottage has very secure bike storage and tools. It is set in glorious countryside with superb views. Within driving distance of the Beacons and the Gower, beaches and mountains are all available to you.
