A minutes walk from a beautiful unspoilt beach with walks along the coastline that are serene and natural. A large modern spacious apartment with views of the golf course and beach. Private parking and lift access to the second floor. Two luxurious bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom for the second bedroom. A large island unit for a breakfast bar and a separate dining table for evening meals. A lovely south facing balcony capturing the sun all day long.

A stylish apartment, over two floors within a renovated listed building. Perfectly located in the beautiful surroundings of the Blue Flag awarded, Rest Bay beach. A “tee off” away from the prestigious Royal Porthcawl golf club. Follow the coastal path into Porthcawl town to bars and restaurants along the seafront. Use this home as a base to visit many other coastal beaches within the region. Does not offer a sea view, but who wants to be inside when the beach is on your doorstep.
