Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Completely separate from the upstairs residence, it has a private entrance and patio, and there are no shared spaces. The perfect base for exploring Nashville! Located a quick Uber or Lyft ride to Downtown, Opry Complex, Nashville International Airport, 12 South, and East Nashville. These accommodations include free parking and a private entrance, with adjoining laundry room. Not equipped for children under 12. Weekly and monthly rates available.

A perfect home base for exploring Nashville and the surrounding areas, situated in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. The space is the lower level of our house that I've lovingly updated a couple years ago to host friends and family. We're now extending that hospitality to future friends and travelers! With the lower level and its private entrance all to yourself, you will be able to start and end your day with peace and quiet.
