Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

Patterson Knob Apartment in South Nashville

The apartment is on the ground floor of our home. Please see photo of 2 5-inch steps leading to the bathroom. That is the only steps inside the apartment. We live upstairs, but you will have complete privacy during your stay. This is a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. We have a basset hound and a cavapoo. We try to keep them quiet. They do bark when our guests first arrive but usually get used to them and pay no attention. The exception would be if the guests bring a dog.
