Im Winter dient er als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wintersportfans durch die Nähe zu den Allgäuer Alpen sowie den Langlaufloipen direkt im Ort. Vielfältige Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten bietet der nahegelegene Bodensee, die Städte Lindau (17 km) und Wangen im Allgäu (4 km), so dass hier Urlaub ganzjährig möglich ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Radweg, von wo aus man zahlreiche Touren starten kann.

Ein zum Appartement gehörender, absperrbarer Fahrradraum mit Akkulademöglichkeit ist vorhanden!

The Lake Getaway is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. The Salmsacher Bay with barbecue and meeting place & pump track can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bike in 4 minutes. Romanshorn with its inviting cafés by the lake & the seaside resort can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. 2 bikes are available free of charge. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Our garden with barbecue, seating area and 2 sun loungers is available to you for the end of the evening.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).
