Owl cottage is situated on an extremely rural equestrian livery yard. The nearest pub is about 1.5 miles away and the nearest shop is 3 miles away, a car is a necessity. Owl cottage is small but cosy, sleeping a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 10. We are around 7 miles/20 mins drive from Skegness, perfect for the beach and attractions but in a quiet, peaceful location. You will see goats & ponies. There will be animal noises .Free parking on site. No smoking is allowed on site!

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. Welcome to Dennis, our 1970s converted Fire Engine. All our units here at The Layby Lincs have a king size bed, AC for hot and cold, an outdoor covered kitchen area, a private bathroom cabin and your own wood fired hot tub. We are closer to a luxury holiday cottage than we are to camping. Dennis has an 3ft stock fenced garden for supervised off lead time with your furry friends. Why stay somewhere boring when you can stay somewhere memorable.
