"Our Little House"

This is a great little house for coming to visit friends and family in the area or if you're just passing through. We do not have central air, but we do have a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom which makes it cool and comfortable. A lot of people that stay call "Our Little House" a cottage. I think it could also be called "The Little Cottage on the Highway". We are located on a highway, but our little house sits back far enough that the highway has never been a problem, noisewise.

Just two blocks from downtown & two blocks from BGSU, this 450 sq ft house - built in 1920 and completely remodeled for your comfort - features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and kitchenette all in a stylish, secure, and central location. Full of century-old charm & modern comforts, the cottage lies perfectly between Bowling Green State University to the east and vibrant, downtown Bowling Green to the west.

One bedroom apartment in historic downtown Elmore, OH close to I-80/90 (Ohio turnpike). High ceilings and large windows. Premium king size bed and queen sleeper sofa. Remodeled bathroom in January 2025. Stocked kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Internet access. Located near the North Coast Inland Trail, parks, restaurants and bars. A 20 minute drive to the Lake Erie Islands and Downtown Toledo.
