Our cosy, self contained apartment sleeps two people in Bradford on Avon, near Bath. Cafes, shops and pubs are in easy walking distance, along with access to beautiful walks and cycle rides. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and centre of town, we are ideally located for visits to the town, Bath, Bristol & beyond. Excellent Wifi connection & flat screen TV. Tea, coffee, milk & cereals provided. Toiletries, towels & bed linen provided. One well behaved dog allowed, charges apply.

The Annexe

On the outskirts of beautiful historic town of Bradford on Avon, our homely Annexe is completely self contained with its own small outside space. A 15-20 minute walk down hill will find you in the town where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Walk along the Avon river or take a leisurely stroll by the Canal. Take the train and you could be in Bath around 15 minutes later, and Bristol in 40 mins. By car we are only 30 mins from Longleat Safari Park and around an hour from Stonehenge.

Budbury Heights is a beautiful late Georgian former Rug Factory with stunning views over Bradford-on-Avon and surrounding countryside. This beautiful Historic listed building has been renovated to a high standard offering everything you need. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, kitchen/diner on ground floor and toilet with basin, middle floor games room, lounge and toilet with basin, top floor master bedroom with UK king size bed, and twin bedroom, master bathroom with bath and shower.

The property has been recently renovated to a high standard with excellent quality fittings and furnishings. This unique house has the added benefit of different bed formations (7 single beds or 3 doubles and one single or combination) and there is a private car parking space next to the property and a small outside courtyard with BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining in the summer months.

The flat is on two floors with views of the town bridge, the Shambles, Coppice Hill and Silver Street.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Stables is a refurbished cottage with attention to detail and a little luxury. Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.
