A warm welcome awaits you at this comfortable, spacious Village Barn - 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 + up to 2 guests in the snug that is doggy friendly (up to 4 dogs). The south facing walled Garden is well planted, private & secure. The gated Courtyard has parking for 5 cars. Recently refurbished it offers all the home comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Surrounded by open countryside, its a short walk to the "George & Dragon" with its friendly atmosphere, log fires, local ales and home cooked food

Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
