Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

Cute Cottage on Deer Lake - 4mi to Boyne Mountain

Summertime: Golf, boat, fish, kayak, paddle board, water ski & tube during the day. Fire pit for relaxing at night. Beach House Restaurant (summer only) across the lake with sunset views. There is no lake access at the cottage, private dock is available at our home a few doors down. Wintertime: 4 miles to ski & snowboard Boyne Mtn, Avalanche indoor waterpark too! 9.6 miles to Jordan Valley snowmobile parking. Updated upstairs bathroom (2023) NEW EV charger! Private cabin 5 minutes to downtown Boyne City! Great vacation spot! This cozy eclectic apartment is a three-minute walk from the charming village of Walloon Lake with its shopping, beach, and restaurants. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Clean and waiting for you and your family and friends! Beautiful, quiet, ski-in/ski-out condo located right on Boyneland Run...walk or ski to everything ANY season. We love Boyne Mountain and can't wait to share our home with you. Our 4 bedroom/4 bathroom (sleeps 14+) condo/home is comfy, clean (smoke-free/pet free) and fully stocked so you relax from the minute you arrive! Comfy beds and a fireplace make it perfect for resting after a day of fun in Northern Michigan.
