Welcome to Hidden Elk Escape, where you can have a relaxing weekend getaway or a fun-filled family vacation! Less than 10 miles from Buffalo National River, Ozark National Forest, Boxley Valley Elk Herd, Whitaker Point, Lost Valley, and other popular hiking trails. It's the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer, including hiking, canoeing/kayaking, elk-watching, rock climbing, and more. After a day of adventures, come home and relax by the fire while enjoying mountaintop serenity!

Scenic Point Cottage @ the Heights

The property is located next to Scenic Point on Highway 7 in Jasper. The gift shop is adjacent to our property. You cannot ask for a better location for your trip to the Ozarks. You’re not far off the Highway, but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere due to the tranquility of the space. This is a perfect spot to call "home base" during your hiking trip to Jasper or float trip on the Buffalo National River. Also, a side note; the inside fireplace is not usable but the outside firepit is.

Cozy, secluded, romantic cabin in a breathtaking setting with luxurious amenities. Let your stress melt away in the hot tub while you gaze at the stars or take in the sunrise together! Minutes from river access in Ponca for floating the Buffalo River. Also close to scenic hiking trails such as Compton, Hawksbill Crag, Lost Valley, and more! You can either stay in and relax with satellite TV, Smart TV, WiFi, and Bluray player, or venture out to explore the beautiful Ozark Mountains. Or do both!

Creek's End Riverside Retreat

Charming country home, filled with light and comfort, located on the banks of the Little Buffalo River (near Jasper ARK). Mountains, forest, and two waterways combine with natural landscaping to create a peaceful, natural setting! Located near the Ozark National Forest and the Buffalo National River. Please note that there IS a low- water concrete slab crossing to get to Creek's End! Occasionally impassable when we get heavy rain. We cannot guarantee flowing river during very dry summers.

Wilderness Resort Cabin at Bluff Point

Get away and unwind from it all at our private little cabin tucked away off the beaten path on 80 acres of wooded serenity in the Ozark mountains. My husband and I have enjoyed this cozy, peaceful cabin for several years until we built our new cabin home next door. We absolutely love this place and confident you will too! We are off Hwy 327 about 3/4 mile down a gravel road. 4x4 or all wheel only to prevent spinning uphill. The cabin is 8 miles from Jasper and 2 miles from Parthenon.

Firefly Cottage-11 acres & 3 mi. to Kyle's Landing

This charming cabin is located in the heart of the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness area and is less than 9 miles in either direction to Jasper, Arkansas or to the historic Boxley Valley. Jasper is a quaint town where restaurants, eclectic shops and groceries can be found and the Boxley Valley offers many opportunities to view the wild elk that live there and also has many great hikes including Lost Valley and the Buffalo River Trail (BRT).

Misty Hollow Hideaway near the Buffalo River, AR

Misty Hollow Hideaway is conveniently located near the Hasty, Carver, and Blue Hole public accesses on the Buffalo River, providing some of the best floating, fishing, and swimming holes in the country. Round Top, Hawksbill Crag, Cecil Creek Trail, Buffalo River Trail, and other great hikes await those seeking a more physical adventure. Start the day with breakfast on the deck as birdsong greets the morning sun rising over the ridge.

The Lily Pad

Enjoy this cozy cabin nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. With a view of Eden's Pond (headwaters to Eden's Falls) the front porch is a nice place to relax and unwind! With a full kitchen, fire pit (firewood 5$ armload), charcoal grill, and more we wish you to be able to vacation deliberately, comfortably, and affordably! Bring your fishing pole! We do have Pyrenees dogs who watch over the farm, they are harmless!

The Connie Cabin

This cozy mountain top cabin is located in the middle of the 10 acre pasture. The trailhead to Hemmed In Hollow waterfall is just across the property line. There is a great store on the highway for hiking gear and groceries. Enjoy beautiful views of rolling pastures, cattle and fireflies galore. Just 10 minutes from Buffalo river access in Ponca, 20 minutes from Harrison AR, and 50 minutes from Branson MO.

Azalea Falls Cabin - An Elegant Ozark Getaway

Secluded, private, surrounded by the beauty of the Ozarks and overlooking an enchanted hollow, Azalea Falls Cabin is elegantly decorated with artwork and antiques, offers a fully stocked kitchen, wraparound deck, stone fireplace with wood (in season), fire pit, fishing pond, hiking trail and all the amenities of home. Cozy, romantic getaway for 2 or spacious enough for up to 12 people.
