Located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to nature and walking & bike trails as well as magnificent golf courses, our tiny retreat is located to be the perfect base for exploring Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

Peaceful Farm Stay – Animals, Nature & Fresh Air

Come enjoy a peaceful farm stay surrounded by nature. Set on a 40-acre horse property with horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. Wake up to horses grazing just outside your veranda, meet the friendly farm animals, and relax by the fire pit in the evenings. This fully fenced, self-contained cottage is the perfect base to explore the Mornington Peninsula, with everything you need: queen bed, kitchen, bathroom, modern facilities and BBQ. Self contained apartment in Frankston right opposite the beach. Great for a relaxing weekend away, walk, chill and enjoy all that Frankston has to offer. Basic kitchen and outdoor area with a small Weber that you can Bbq on. Lots of walking trails, bike riding paths, visit Mclelland Gallery or The Mornington Peninsula Wineries. There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

Perfect for a romantic & peaceful getaway This stylish retreat offers a tranquil base to unwind & explore the beauty of the surrounding area. Nestled in a quaint fishing village, with easy access to waterfront & new Jetties. Soak in stunning views, cast a line, swim, kayak & enjoy all the coast has to offer! For an additional $55 fee well behaved pets are welcome.

Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system.

Private Guest Suite near Westfield Shopping Mall

Our Guest Suite located in the end of a quiet “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. FREE on street parking is available in-front of your entrance gate, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, there is a walking trail to lead you to the shopping mall. The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.

Large room with queen bed, TV (Stan, Disney +, Netflix) fridge, microwave, air fryer, tea and coffee provided in room. This space has its own private access to and from with a small private courtyard outside the external door. Toast, Cheese, spreads, butter, cereals, juice & milk provided for breakfast. Free on street parking.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
