Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

This modern cottage, in the heart of the village provides plenty of facilities and is equally comfortable in the winter with the wood burner lit, as it is in the summer with the door open to the enclosed garden. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylish with good attention to detail and is located down a quiet cul-de-sac road.

A newly renovated stylish, modem semi detached 2 bedroom holiday home. Offers a double room and twin room, both with Smart TVs and a family bathroom upstairs with shower. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with another smart TV, separate utility/cloakroom and downstairs loo. There is a single parking space on the drive for guests.
