Enjoy easy access to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants from this perfectly located home base. A compact private self-contained studio annexe located centrally in Boscombe less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the high street with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Fully equipped with en suite shower room and kitchenette including microwave, toaster and kettle, TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi. Free off road parking and close to local bus and train.

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Newly refurbished spacious ground floor apartment in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Tucked away at the top of a period building this completely renovated apartment offers amazing views of the the coast and Boscombe Pier. All new furniture and fittings with a luxurious 2000 spring king size bed to relax in. Motorised blinds allow you wake and enjoy the view without having to leave the bed. A dedicated off road parking space is provided which is rare in this area and the sea front is just a 400 meter walk away.
