Lined with charming 1940’s homes, you will find this space peaceful and relaxing. Only a 3 minute drive to Creekmore Park. 5 minute drive to downtown Fort Smith where you will find restaurants, nightlife and shopping! Less than 5 minutes to Baptist health hospital This is a shared property with 2 Airbnbs although both are completely separate and private!

Enjoy this unique stay by sleeping in a cozy loft. Fast Internet 100Mbps. Climb library ladder to sleep in King size mattress in loft over looking the living quarters. Living quarters includes sofa bed that can sleep two, table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Beautiful wood finishes and decent size bathroom. Centrally located on Rogers Ave close to downtown. Suite has it’s own parking concrete pad. Guest suite is by our house, fence separating us. Pets MUST be added to guest list

Located by Creekmore Park, it is in a perfect location for quick and easy access to: • Downtown / Convention Center • Baptist Health Hospital • UAFS • U.S. Marshals Museum • Tons of shopping, dining etc. on Rogers Avenue You’ll love sipping your coffee (from our coffee bar) on the back patio as you enjoy eating dinner hot off our BBQ grill or cooked in our stocked kitchen. Enjoy toys for the kids and supportive mattresses to sleep all night!

Anderson Carriage House 1885- Downtown, Air-hockey

The Daniel A. Anderson Carriage House: Built in 1885, this 1200 sq ft brick building held horses/carriages for the Andersons. Now totally remodeled, while preserving the original charm. Located in the Belle Grove Historic District, within walking distance of all the best Downtown Fort Smith has to offer: the new Marshalls' Museum, shops, music, Natl. Historic Site, River Park, bike/walking trails, restaurants, & more! Great for families, couples, or solo travelers who love historic houses!

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. HOWEVER, This unit is located above a local, well loved Pub. Therefore making this unit VERY noisy with music and loughter. We do hope that you will give us a chance and come stay with us and enjoy the old Western charm Fort Smith has to offer.
