Charming Rural Cottage, New Forest National Park

Oak Tree Cottage is nestled on the edge of the village of Pilley, near the coastal town of Lymington. With forest tracks on the doorstep, it is ideally situated for exploring the countryside of the New Forest National Park and villages along the South coast. The local ponies and donkeys are frequent visitors to our lane, as they roam freely in the immediate area. The cottage is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with ample parking, and barbecue provided for the summer. Wifi speed 150 mbps.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Situated on a footpath and bridleway with immediate access to farmland walks, horse-riding and cycling routes, Wren is also only a short 5-15minute drive from the forest, beach walks, or exploring coastal and forest towns and villages. A luxuriously appointed cottage with large garden nestled in the heart of the New Forest. 5 mins from the picturesque market town of Lymington, with the sea wall and crabbing on the quay. The Cottage is 5 mins from Brockenhurst train station and 20 mins from sandy beaches at Mudeford. Nearby restaurants and spas include The Pig, Limewood, Carey's Manor and the Chewton Glen all within 5 - 10 mins. Two ancient forest gastro pubs are a 5 min walk from the cottage, near beautiful Roydon Woods

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.
