Kitchenette provides fridge, sink, microwave, & Keurig coffee. 65" mounted Roku TV w/ apps & highspeed internet. It goes w/ the territory, but the roadside location on River Rd does create some road noise.

The cottage is a 20 minute drive to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels or Fort Sam Houston. Owners live next door.

There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.
