This 3rd-floor, 2-bed, 2-bath condo sits with a balcony overlooking a large expanse of luscious lawn shaded by pecan trees and a large beach entry pool near the rivers edge.You'll enjoy two pools(heated)and 4 hot tubs. The complex has private river access and next to Schlitterbahn. It’s around the corner from local parks, Downtown, & Historic Gruene. This location can’t be beat!

This place is nice if you want a place to truly relax and enjoy. Granite counter tops throughout, new carpet, and tile. Large living area with flat screen TV, desk work area, dining area, full bath, private balcony with sitting area, large closet, washer and dryer inside. Queen size bed with luxurious linens.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home plus a river view. ACCESS THE COMAL RIVER DIRECTLY FROM THE PROPERTY 550 square feet. Balcony has a river view. You will be on the 3rd floor with elevator access. You will have access to the pool, hot tub, picnic tables and bbq pits. There is an on site washer and dryer available for a fee. Common space has a couch bed and bunk beds, the bedroom has a king size bed.
