Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Newly renovated! Boutique hotel located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in downtown Comfort. Our 1890 Hotel has been lovingly restored in April 2018. The Lauren Suite is located on the second floor, a quick trip up the exterior staircase. Your private entrance leads to a relaxing living/dining area. Couples traveling together have their own space, yet they can meet on our spacious deck. This unit, San Juan Gem on the River, and San Jose Gem on the River, each comfortably accommodates a couple. Look them up on Airbnb. A designated parking spot in a secured, gated area for peace of mind. Wi-Fi is available. Quiet place

Best location...10 minutes to Sea World, Fiesta (Six Flags), La Cantera Shopping, 15 minutes to Rim, 25 minutes to River Walk. Quiet neighborhood close to Old Helotes. All houses are on acreage. Very kind and friendly host. New construction. Save money by using fully equipped kitchen. The playground is available for the younger guests. This apartment is on second floor and detached from main house offering excellent privacy.

Separate entrance allows for complete privacy. Perfect location for hill country dining, shopping and attractions. Some of the best wineries along with our local. We are perfectly situated five minutes to Comfort, 20 minutes to Fredericksburg or Boerne and 25 minutes to Kerrville. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business traveler. Not suitable for young children. Unit has stairs and is not childproof.
