Only 4 miles to town

The Carriage House - The Mountains are calling

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

Nestled in Maryville, TN with 13 acres of beautiful landscaping with mountain views. Easy access to Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, Dollywood, and the Foothills Parkway.
