The condo is nestled in Townsend. This area is known as the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies". My 1st floor condo was built in Nov 2016. The LITTLE RIVER, which originates in the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK, is a stocked trout river and flows in my backyard. Fly fish & tube it! Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge are near and dear.

Beautiful modern cabin, for 2-4 people, hot tub, fireplace. Property has access to golf course, clubhouse, outdoor pool overlooking the Smoky Mtns, Fitness Center. 1 King 1 Queen bed, with pull out couch to sleep a total of 6. Private woods behind the property. Air hockey table downstairs. Screened in porch. Outdoor fire pit. TV & High Speed internet is provided at no cost.
