In the heart of the Frome conservation area and only 8 min walk from the independent shops and restaurants, this lovely quiet retreat has everything you need to enjoy Frome with easy free parking, great social space and pets are welcome. A kitchen diner with sofa and breakfast bar that opens onto the private sunny garden plus a separate dining room and lounge with wood burning stove. With two double and single bedrooms, plus a full size comfy sofa bed and a roll top bath perfect for relaxing.

Bed-sitting area, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, separate entrance. A beautiful walk through the protected Rodden Meadows brings you into the town centre, full of independent shops and renowned performance venue The Cheese and Grain. Numerous attractions including cheddar gorge, Wookey hole and stourhead gardens The Jurassic coast is approx 1hr 20 min away by car If bringing cycles it is possible to store cycles in owners barn/shed

The location: A beautiful Grade 2 listed 18th century property situated right in the centre of Catherine Hill, the oldest part of Frome. Our beautiful pied a terra is on the corner of Catherine Hill and Stony Street right in the hub of the artisan quarter. Smithy at Blatchbridge

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.
