Underfloor heating throughout to give a cosy stay. Set on the Angus/Perthshire border with easy access to spectacular countryside and the Scottish glens. Ski resorts, fishing, hill and forest walking, wild swimming and golf all close by and 15 minutes to the attractive towns of Kirriemuir and Blairgowrie. The village of Alyth is only 5 mins away

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

This cosy first-floor self-contained apartment is located in central Pitlochry - ideally situated and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and all public transport services. The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

Berry View is situated on a quiet berry and cherry farm on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. Enjoy free pick your own blueberries during August and September! The location is perfect for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful getaway but still have easy access to town facilities. The cosy cottage has all you need to enjoy a relaxing time away. The rear of the cottage has an enclosed patio, perfect for those visiting with pets. Guests can also enjoy access to a private beach by the river.

The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.
