It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Woodside Retreat is in a fantastic relaxing village location in Piperdam. It is a lovely, newly furbished, fresh, bright property with a private garden nestled beside woodland and located in the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities.
