Built in 2019 the house is located on a quiet street midway between the front & back beaches of the Peninsula. It is a mere 15 minutes walk to the Blairgowrie cafes and shops and bay or to the wilds of the back beach. Relax on one of two balconies, inside at the reading nook or watch TV in front of the fire. Enjoy a special time at this great family home.
