The Darling of Blackwell

Have fun with the whole family at this newly renovated place. Enjoy the porch swing out front porch, or the covered back patio. It has a full kitchen (granite countertops) with a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. It is perfect for a short or long term stay. The beds and pillows are extra comfy, and this home has all the extras that you might need such as a Keurig, BBQ Grill, toaster oven, and more. There is a park close by within walking distance which is perfect for young kids.

Industrial downtown apartment in historical bldg

Industrial style downtown apartment, in the historical Ponca City Bus station. 70" TV, full service kitchen, cozy, comfortable and modern. 2 queen beds and air mattress available. Equipped with games, books and lots of closet space so if extended stay is needed, it is available. Our vintage vinyl record room is equipped with a vintage AM radio and a vinyl record player with Bluetooth compatibility. Free outdoor parking. Gorgeous courtyard setting with outdoor firepit and outdoor seating.

Pecan Cabin

The Pecan Cabin is in the middle of a pecan orchard. It is built out of pecan wood. There is much wildlife around the cabin. We often see deer, wild turkeys, armadillo, squirrels, hawks, racoon, and coyote. It is very quiet and peaceful. A great place for star gazing. This is a working pecan orchard. You may see us, mowing, pruning and generally taking care of the trees. There is no hunting on this property. The land is leased for hunting, but they do not hunt in the pecan grove.

The Franklin House-Relax Unwind Explore 3 Beds

The BunkHouse is 1hr South of Wichita, KS, or 1.5hrs North of Oklahoma City, Ok. Just 20min to the Ponca City Refinery. Right off of I-35, nice stop during a road trip. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, & business travelers. Within 30min of 6 casinos. There are 2 connecting properties (ManCave & BunkHouse) if there is a large group. 5 Queens, 3 Twins No extra charge for cleaning.
